Return Policy:

Credited Refunds are Only Valid on:  

1. Merchandise must be unworn and in the orginal packaging

2. Shipping and Handling will not be Refunded

      - You have 5 days from when your package is marked as "Delivered" in your tracking to inform us on a refunded order and or item

When an item is received, your order will be reviewed for a Refund, if your order does not meet our requirements it will not be refunded and will then be sent back to you. We must receive your returned package before a credited refund is issued. Credited refunds clear between 5-10 business days once issued.  

Processing:

all orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 Business days, orders placed during the weekend will begin processing the following business day (monday-tuesday). Once your order is shipped out, you will recieve your tracking link sent via email. processing time does not include payment clearing, which is usually 24-48 hours from purchase. 

Shipping methods:

- free standard shipping ranges between 7-15 business days, excluding processing time.

- our "LIMITED stock" selection has a delivery time frame that ranges between  5-7 business days, please  note if you purchase an item under eyewear/sale and also "limited stock" you will recieve two seprate tracking numbers that will have two shipping methods. 

All international orders are subject to custom and duty fee's in which the customer is responsible for

Damaged claims: 

- If you recieve an order and it arrives damaged, you MUST inform us within 5 days of Arrival, any request made after this date will be denied and will then be valid only for an exchange.  

IMPORTANT:    gloss  is not responsible for any lOST OR stolen PACKAGES, WE URGE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO PLEASE monitor your tracking upon arrival to avoid any issues with your carrier DURING delivery.
