-All Orders placed with us automatically recieve an Order Confirmation email and Number, if you did Not recieve a Confirmation email within 24 hours of purchasing, you may of provided an incorrect email at check out, if so please email us and we will send you a new confirmation email.
- When your payment clears from its Online Bank transfer, your order will then be processed. Payment clearing is usually a 24-48 hour process on Business days, giving you time to make any changes (color, address change etc) before your order is processed and shipped. Processing on ALL eyewear is 24-48 hours (business days), if for some reason we need to extend processing we will annonce so in your sites header page. Processing on all Clothing and or accessories is up too 3-5 business days.
We currently only offer one shipping method, Standard 1-3 Business Day priority mail. Express Shipment methods will be available soon!
Please allow up too 48 hours from when the shipping label is created to be updated. If any delays occur, Please Contact USPS customer service and provide your tracking information
