Processing:

NOTE: Processing is extended on orders placed on a Thursday-Sunday time frame, due too most banks holding online payments on weekends, this also applies to National Holidays, orders will be processed and shipped the following business day.

- All Payment's must clear before your order is processed and shipped, Processing on all items, excluding brands, vintage,  is 24-48 hours (business days) from when your payment clears, before being shipped. 

Order Confirmation:

-All Orders placed will automatically recieve an  Order Confirmation Email Notification and Order Number, if you did Not recieve a Confirmation email within 24 hours of purchasing, you may of provided an incorrect email at check out, if so, please email us and we will send you a new confirmation email.

Shipment:

Gloss currently offer's One Shipping Method, Priority mail 1-3 Buisness day for U.S customers only

Tracking: 

Please allow up too 48 hours from when the shipping label is created to be updated. If any delays occur, Please Contact USPS customer service and provide your tracking information
