GLOSS CHATS: FEEDBACK
Hi readers & current customers! We wanted to take some time to discuss some new features coming to Gloss the label boutique and some of the feedback we are currently working on that we have heard from you all. Any Online Business, in my opinion, want's to make sure there customers have an awsome online shopping expierence, with that being said I recently got some feedback on our returning customers and current customers shopping expierences from the past few weeks. Shipping, Shipping will always be something we work hard every single day to perfect, with all our recent press and a High volume of orders that's up the roof, we have sold out of all our current stock available in the U.S, as we work to rebuild that we currently do not offer 3-7 business day shipping, our current delivery time frame is an estimated 7-15 Business day. I know, you see something online and you want it in your hands asap, we all here are the same exact way, please be sure that we are working extremely hard to fix this and give you all faster shipping without the nag of paying an extra cost of $12+ for standard shipping. Most of, if not all, our customers agree that our products meet their standards, but shipping is something we need to improve on, and we certaintly agree! now this doesnt mean every single customer had a shipping delay, but overviewing most of the minor complaints it's shipping related. Here are Gloss we want to be real AF with you all who support us, which is why we openingly want to express our feeling's towards this. As for new features coming, we will be on a Blog posting spree come this spring and summer with interviews with some of our fav clients, BTS from our shoots and more!
